X-mas, it should be busiest season sending and getting cards and letters. But we can find dry and boring cancellation the face of envelope and cards. If Post officer stamps special cancellation in a week beside Christ-mas and New Year day. People will get small happy with that. That means public service and public things should be the subject of design.
